Seris is not a licensed financial adviser, fund manager, or capital markets services licence holder under the Securities and Futures Act 2001 (SFA) of Singapore, nor is it regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Nothing on this platform should be construed as a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any securities, financial products, or instruments.
Any AI-generated analysis, market summaries, or insights are produced by automated systems and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should independently verify all information before making any investment decision. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
You acknowledge that all investment decisions are made at your own risk and discretion. You should consult a qualified financial adviser licensed under the Financial Advisers Act 2001 (FAA) of Singapore before making any investment decisions.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Seris uses artificial intelligence models (both cloud-based and on-device) to generate market analysis, summaries, and insights. This AI-generated content is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability for any purpose. AI models may hallucinate, produce incorrect data, or generate misleading analysis. You must exercise your own judgement.
Market data displayed on Seris is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data. Real-time pricing is not guaranteed. You should not rely solely on data displayed in Seris for trading or investment decisions.
Seris offers optional client-side encryption (AES-256-GCM, derived via PBKDF2-SHA256 with 100,000 iterations) for sensitive data including:
All encryption and decryption is performed entirely in your browser using your passphrase. We do not have access to your passphrase, and we cannot decrypt the resulting ciphertext. If you lose your passphrase, your encrypted data cannot be recovered. You are solely responsible for securing your passphrase.
Seris offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pricing is displayed on the sign-in page and in the upgrade flow, denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and processed by Stripe.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the Settings page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; existing subscribers' current cycle is unaffected.
Free-tier daily limits and Pro feature scope are subject to change as the Service evolves; material changes will be communicated in advance.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding user-provided data and third-party market data) are owned by Seris and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seris and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Seris shall not be liable for any losses resulting from: (a) reliance on AI-generated content or market data; (b) investment decisions made based on information from the Service; (c) loss of encrypted data due to forgotten passphrases; (d) service interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies; or (e) unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seris, its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We strive to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
