Question 1

Is Seris financial advice?

Accepted Answer

No. Seris provides informational market analysis, AI-generated insights, and portfolio-tracking tools only. Nothing in Seris is financial advice, a buy/sell recommendation, or a regulated financial advisory service. Always do your own research or consult a licensed adviser before investing.

Question 2

What does the Seris AI actually do?

Accepted Answer

It analyses, it doesn't predict. The AI Copilot answers questions about your own portfolio, and AI Analysis summarises a stock's technical picture (trend, momentum, support/resistance) with an explicit confidence level — always framed as informational analysis, never a prediction or a recommendation to trade.

Question 3

Is my financial data private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your share counts, cost basis, and AI conversations are encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM before they reach our servers — a zero-knowledge architecture, so Seris cannot read them.

Question 4

Is Seris built for Singapore investors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Seris is SGD-base with multi-currency P&L, an S-REIT screener (yield, gearing, occupancy), US dividend withholding-tax handling, and SGX coverage alongside US, HK and other markets. It is hosted on Google Cloud asia-southeast1.

Question 5

How much does Seris cost?

Accepted Answer

There is a free forever tier (watchlist, portfolio, daily AI Pulse, AI Copilot chat, end-to-end encryption). Seris Pro is S$4.90/month for premium AI analysis, higher AI limits, on-device AI, push alerts and no ads.
